Albufeira

Mojitos!!! 

Sitting on the cliffs above albufeire having a strawberry crepe looking down at the beach. They rent out water bicycles with slides. People pack on these things and sit out off the shore for hours sliding and diving into the water. Looks like a blast…might have to get into that today. Yesterday slept until 4:30 pm…today up at 9 am. Up until 6 am both nights. Go figure. Jetlag still in full effect. Playing an acoustic show tonight at a local pub…that didn’t take long…should be rusty as ever but should be fun at the same time.
Must get some sun today…the whiteness is overwhelming.

    Hey Zank, how you doing? I finally made it out of Albufeira on Friday, and was driven to Portimao by the skipper. I started cooking at Al´Face for my room and board on the Thursday. What a riot! Had a great time hanging with you, shame about the waves. How´s the rest of your journey going?
    I haven´t got the time just now as duty aboard The Manatee calls. She´s a 56´ double masted, steel hulled beauty, with hot water showers! Should come in handy when we get to the 12 deg weather off the Maritimes.
    So stay in touch my friend, had a blast, you´ve now got my contacts. We´re leaving this evening, but probably in the morning, so I won´t be able to respond for about a week, when we arrive in the Azores. Take care.

    Hi Zank (and James if you read this),

    I had a great time with you guys in Albufeira. The pictures speak for themselves. Thanks for the experience and if you come to Amsterdam one day, send me an e-mail so we can hang out.

    By the way Zank, I’m going to be in Barcelona from the 14th untill the 17th of September. Maybe I’ll see you there ;)
